Hi kiwidub,

Thanks for sharing your research. One thing I can't get my head around is the director loans. If we are buying the company for $85 million does that mean we'll get $23 million cash back once the loan is repaid? Also will we be collecting interest on the loan?

Sorry if this is a silly question however it just has me baffled and concerned about the deal.
