Yes I also read that article this morning cpen. I am in favour of nuclear energy in general but have always been concerned about selling uranium to Russia. Whilst Im sure our uranium goes into their power plants as the agreement states, there must be concern that this simply frees up their indigenous uranium for military purposes.
