I agree your concerns but 99% of all posts here lack facts, including yours. They are subjective (and that is OK if they do not claim to be factual).

In your case you present well and many take the post as factual (or as happened recently, someone else cited your "potential" remarks as factual - not your fault mind). You qualify with an obscure "potential", but you do qualify your posts.

Others posting here present references (links) to articles and press releases as factual when those articles are highly opinionated.

Many here are desperate for real positives on this stock and are gullible in the extreme. It is unfortunate but that is how it is. So many posts would qualify as scams.

Someone posting negatively on the company should not be required to cite facts if those posting positively are not.
