Regarding the "deal this month", the answer is NO!
There's no funding/partnership coming from JFE Shoji, ZERO. This was confirmed by the Convertable note facility finance.
This kind of finance is an absolute last resort, (Death finance) again showcasing the fact Razorback is not viable.
