Very true. I am expecting another extension regarding JFE. Hopefully the results have come back from the independent analysis for the salt water floatation, with an answer on that soon. Hoping that some economic/capex benefits are attached.
Fingers crossed that SA government is working hard to secure Green Steel Australia next to Whyalla. Looks as though Northern Water will also push to have the desalination plant close to Whyalla as well. There’s a little competition with Parked putting there hand up to allow GSA to set up there with linking rail between the main eastern states. This is close proximity (sort of) to HIO.
It’s an incredibly busy few months ahead and we can only back in the team and JFE to make the right decisions for us as shareholders (I mention JFE as they are guiding DFS & technological decisions currently).
