no it's not.. I know this as most of mgt shares are under Citicorp no monies. it's a global custodian counter party for people who trade outside Australia me thinks.
but I can see why you're asking though! haha.. no Citibank is not Citicorp nominees.
there are other too 20 holders whose names you'll never know as they are under citicorp nominees. hope that was helpful
