Thanks. I think you're probably right that they're a custodian/trustee type entity, however I think there is still a link to Citgroup/Citi Bank ownership (see https://guide.ethical.org.au/company/?company=1342 for example).
This wouldn't necessarily mean that they have a vested interest to see MGT succeed if they are simply a custodian/trustee, however interesting nonetheless.
