Appointment of CEO
Mr Tim Dobson was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective 23 August 2022, completing a process announced on
19 April 2022. Mr Dobson will be paid a base salary of $500,000 per annum. He will also receive share rights of $100,000
vesting in July 2023 and $100,000 vesting in July 2024 as part of the sign-on arrangements. Mr Stephen Weir, who has
been Acting Chief Executive Officer since 15 May 2022, will resume his role as Chief Development Officer.
