I would point out that I have a block of land up there and I travel up every 6 weeks and I can tell you that I seen SOLD SIGNS this weekend were houses and land have been on the market for up to 3 years. We are in a boom period were I think some of the land has been purchased unseen as you will see houses for sale and sold in PETERBOROUGH on the real estate sites. This is the closest largest town to the mine site. I will in passing a lot of small towns in the area are now starting to be GHOST TOWN and the are our HERITAGE and going to rack and ruin, something that I hate as I have renovated a lot of real old houses. Someone who is a builder can make money by renovating and passing on or renting.
