it takes 10-20 years to make a new tech scalable/approved (policy/health and safety, etc). Take a look at Boston Metals, Primetals Technologies, when did they announce their technology and are they in production/scale? It will take time. By then, half of the steel industry in europe, USA, korea, japan and Saudi, wouldve have their aging blast furnace upgraded to DRI/EAF. India = maybe. Their furnaces are still young but who knows.
