    Singapore conference, Tim looks like the cat that got the cream, chuckling at mentioning pathetically undervalued MC of $29mill, which is fair enough because everyone agrees it's amusing, not alarming.

    JV must be imminent, fell short of using that word. Includes "...Korea, India, China.." and of course "Japan" all got a mention. I'm wondering why though he didn't include the Arabs. So was he just trying to throw everyone off the scent or is the winner really going to Asia?
