Anyone here receive a call from mgt asking if they are going to participate in the CR? or ultimately leave feedback on the subject? I did leave feedback, but ultimately the main issue was management getting the best deal on the table closed and informing the true owners of the protect, being share holders holding over hundred thousand shares who are the interested parties are?
