From memory hasnt there been referrence by management from recent interview, maybe weir, about a JV.
if this was the case, for example lets use fmg,
then wouldnt they be forming a JV with us to give their customers access to high grade.
therefore we wouldnt need too lock in contracts, nor would we want to as this may interupt a possible JV.
