Hi Joelspore,
We are entering a 25 + year Bull run on Graphite. As a civilization we have reached the end of Copper for communication, computers and energy.
In fact Graphite in its high grade Vein form is the only thing right now that can compete with China. The world needs to not rely on China for its long term strategic viability.
Graphene VS Silicon
Silicon is finished. Plain and simple....
Moore's Law
"Moore's law is the observation that, over the history of computing hardware, the number of transistors on integrated circuits doubles approximately every two years. The law is named after Intel co-founder Gordon E. Moore, who described the trend in his 1965 paper.[1][2][3] His prediction has proven to be accurate, in part because the law is now used in the semiconductor industry to guide long-term planning and to set targets for research and development.[4]
The capabilities of many digital electronic devices are strongly linked to Moore's law: processing speed, memory capacity, sensors and even the number and size of pixels in digital cameras.[5] All of these are improving at roughly exponential rates as well. This exponential improvement has dramatically enhanced the impact of digital electronics in nearly every segment of the world economy.[6] Moore's law describes a driving force of technological and social change in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.[7][8]
The period is often quoted as 18 months because of Intel executive David House, who predicted that chip performance would double every 18 months (being a combination of the effect of more transistors and their being faster).[9]
Although this trend has continued for more than half a century, Moore's law should be considered an observation or conjecture and not a physical or natural law. Sources in 2005 expected it to continue until at least 2015 or 2020.[note 1][11] However, the 2010 update to the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors predicted that growth will slow at the end of 2013,[12] when transistor counts and densities are to double only every three years." - Wikipedia
I said in a earlier post; "Most important of all this is when Graphene ICs do finally take off we will have terahertz switching speeds and transistor densities in the tens-of-billions to look forward to."
IBM and every man and his dog is scrambling to develop Graphene chips. The rise of Graphite and fall of Silicon and Copper is only a matter of months/years and we are right at the bottom right now. Smurf is small, has good management, good positions and are looking for more licenses. What we can expect is slow and steady news and also strong volatility forming 3 wave Elliot waves not dissimilar to SYR in my opinion. For now who knows how long it can slide sideways...
Graphite is so important and Vein Graphite so important that Australia and the rest of the world is going to become bestest buddies with Sri Lanka and if they follow Singapore's path they will become the hub of the entire region.
Investors love Australian companies because for the most part we're honest and follow sound practices. America imports their Graphite and are leading the world in Robotics and the leader of the future will do so with a robotic labor force. Robots are hardware limited right now, with Graphite they will be able to compact enormous power into a small space.
Right now MRL is only a baby bird relying on its mother and father to feed it. Once it breaks .14 it will fly into new highs and make us all proud in my opinion only. I am looking for mining news, exploration news, and more licenses news. It is going to be fun to watch.
Kind Regards
