I think the most reasonable answer would be the site getting hit by spambots.
Although I can't think of a reason for someone to want to spam Mogul Arena, I think it's likely that the site landed on some sort of list of sites for a bot to ping.

The fact that the visits come from Italy could be due to a VPN accessing the web from there.


I think that's more likely to be bots throwing out the numbers than the traffic being so low in other parts of the world that a few Italian ESH investors or Mogul Arena enthusiasts could be the majority of traffic to the site.

The views being legitimate seems even less likely since Mogul Arena is in the top 10k of sites visited from Italy, top 20k of sites in Malaysia, top 30k in Singapore and the Philippines (according to Alexa). There would need to be a lot of Italians visiting the site.
