I also noted the Acquia mob appear to be some sort of enterprise level CMS for Drupal who use AWS/EC2 for hosting. The mogularena.com IP's resolve (route53 DNS) to Singapore based AWS services ie ap-southeast-1
So they're definitely built to scale in the correct region, no issues there. (can't blame you Ciccos for trying to find some data though)
