Well if they are to be middleman then they are going to need to be seen as credible, reliable, capable, trustworthy etc by players in the Australian industry as well as having achieved this "MOU" in China. Might have a little work yet to do in Aus.
So little known about this MOU too, what dilution of ICN's interest etc does it envisage, what about resource control? Equity in the LNG plant? Current shareholders final slice of the 2 tcf might be quite a lot more modest than some here suppose, all unknown atm, yet people already looking for there surething multi-bagger.
