GCN is contributing an IPTV channel which raises less than $100k revenue for itself, and 'sourcing projects' and in return gets a huge equity % (20%) which other investors are willing to front $120million for?

I like the priority1 involvement, just to remind P1 holders (myself included) that we are probably never getting our shares... However if we do they have a long-term reward agreement with a company which also has currently nothing to offer..
