You can't be serious. 90% of what is written on HC is about future possibilities and trying to guesstimate values. Values today, tomorrow, in a week, a month, a year, 5 years or more. that is the reason for this site.
I can't tell you the number of times someone has tried to form a valuation, sometimes they're pretty good, sometimes the group improve on them.
In the absence of much information, in my opinion, this thread does an ok job of it.
