I believe the market at the time of the rights issue was extremely volatile so it wasnt taken up by all. For us who are now invested including Lang Walker and Aust Ethical Investments we see major value compared to various biotechs. The hype is mere excitement of where this stock could end up. Its high risk high reward , just the way i like it.
