What units are they involved in in Mandurah?
I'm in WA and know a bit about the market here.
Mandurah has taken a hit in the high price bracket market where there are lots of units on the market on the canal projects. A friend has 2 and is having trouble selling them and is considering giving incentives to buyers such as a boat.
I hold some VMG, and first I have heard of units.
Any imfo would be appreciated.
