Id say DFT finished by years end is to cover there butts.Ashley has said to myself and few others they hoped to have it completed by the end of September or early October.
Reading this report just suggests to myself that they have 6 million dollars right now at there disposal if they need it. If this is the case I dont see what the problem is, as longer as they have money to complete the DFT alls good for now.
