hmm - oil price goes up, 3D data released indicating GOA sitting on multiple prospects, management gets in front of analysts which recommend the stock, someone shows interest in VPE(lol). IMO some more sophisticated players are quietly taking positions in 500,000 ish parcels in anticipation. Meanwhile, there will be some with a shorter horizon than a few weeks which will continue to exit happy to lock in gains when they purchased at 5 cents and below. I am happy to hold and accumulate if the price drops again.
