More functions i believe. I.e BNPL RentPay, also choosing when you want to pay your rent regardless of when the landlord want's to receive it. It will also allow payments from AliPay etc since it's using Novati's infrastructure.
TBH, when the rental market opens back up to international students, i think, being able to get your rent organised whilst you're in China or India, before you depart is a big advantage.
It'll really open up the rental market to overseas persons.
