how did you conclude that it is undersubscribed by instos?
All the instos shares taken up,
they will flood the market once new shares issued to them (very shortly)
suppress market price to discourage the retail shareholders
no arbitrage margin for gain
at low price, the retail entitlement will be substantially undersubscribed, and
underwriters will take up the excess
frenzied feed for instos
remains to be seen if the 70% interest holder of tropicana will exercise his pre-emptive rights
if they exercsie, tropicana acquisition fails
where is the regulator ?
