Shortfall of $1.5 million fully placed. I admit I was one of those that did not subscribed as I managed to buy them on the market, some at 11.5c plus some at 12c with brokerage.Some that missed out or did not meet their requirements are still able to buy in market at 12c, but it is only a matter of time, that this price may not be around for long IMO.Market depth does not show, however there are still many willing to pay up to 12c for now.
