Could anyone out there please try to explain to me how after some really good news announced this week about the debt refinancing (only short of 1 billion), this SP seems to still be losing ground?
Isnt a no-brainer to everyone to see the value of this stock now, or am i missing something?
The remaining loan portfolio still kept of over 13 billion will now be creating interest and eventually be shared with shareholders as fully franked dividends.
Could anyone try to explain to me if this a value trap stock or a real good opportunity?
