All broker reports have PLS rated well above current price, with as far as I can see, the lowest being Macquaries's (low) valuation of 64c.
These valuations were formed knowing the ROFR deal with GAM, and before any of the recent offtakes/ resource upgrade news.
Stock is seriously undervalued.
This is not intended to ramp, but to calm the nerves of the newer/ more nervous shareholders.
