My observations are that a takeover price of BIO-Techs are always much higher than the current SP trading pattern, because the future earning capacity and valuation can jump exponentially on the commercial discovery or confirmation of one study...which can result in the company making squillions.....this has to be added into the valuation...
you would think that if an announcement of a take over comes out... it would be a significantly greater announcement than the previous announcement that pushed the SP above 4cents....i wouldn't want them to give away the company as i am an investor...So for me anything above 6-12 cents would sit ok with me...
As soon as the market gets a sniff of a potential Takeover, the price will rocket....Also watch all the traders jump into the threads...
