A couple of questions for the brains trust on the "pending" DA. If you could look at the situation from the outside - as though you weren't heavily invested - objectively what is the actual risk the DA doesn't eventuate?
What possible scenarios could occur that would prevent it from happening?
Conversely are there any certainties that all but ensure it will happen, it's just a matter of when?
Could it take another 6 months for example?
