A bit of merit making will go a long way. I would expect DA anytime this quarter - possibly the next which will be exceptional after such a time. But again the DA is useless like ML - without the co operation and agreements with the locals.

One has to realise the critical importance of the locals in not just accepting an early payment but their positive attitude and many other key benefits they will benefit from. Yes more payments but critical jobs - infrastructure.
Great read - I can not recall where but it suggested the few that did not accept early payment were preferring instead for lump sum all in one payment.

I re jigged funds at last EFY. Can not free any up and have to stay true to that plan. I would like more at current SP though.
