I am always a reluctant seller.

My reason to hang on to PRT was that changes were necessary to media rules for regional tv, radio and newspapers and that PRT would benefit somewhat. PRT is also a cash generating machine and eventually fully franked dividends would be back. We will know in 8 days whether this is the case for the divs.

My patience has been sorely tested this last 12 months especially when looking at my financial abyss on 23rd March last year. My portfolio is currently up 188% since that day but lots of new grey hair as well.
