Production, 20,000oz per quarter, 80,000 per annum attributable to TBR, mine life at least 6 years.
Production costs $500oz.
Therefore say 80,000 times $900 (net margin) equals $72m profit per annum.
If you apply say a seriously low PE of 3 (newcrest probably 15 plus) then that values their gold project at $210m.
Add the cash that makes $310m divided by 50m shares means they should be trading at $6 or more. Currently at $2.35.
TBR 36.75%, Rand 12.25%, Barrick Gold 51%. Not a bad partner. TBR also own 43.85% of Rand Mining. Their market cap is $36m. Therefore there is another $16m value in TBR.
I have been buying for past month.
That does not include any value for Ghana .
Huge gold project in Ghana immediately along strike from Perseus (capped at greater than a billion).
They are drilling in Ghana at the moment so results should not be far away.
If you refer to post from "ink" then maybe attributable production may be up to 90,000oz which would further increase the value.
Why on earth is there no PR or support for this stock.
