undervalued gem?

The DCA group has had a rather large share price decrease in the past few weeks.
Recently announced its $700m take over of MIA which takes the company to Australia's largest,& for that matter, one of the worlds largest radiology operators.
With a recent high of $2.90, todays sp of $2.49 certainly looks an extremely attractive purchase for those interested.
I hold and may pick up a few more of these diamonds. Can anyone add any reasons to be concerned with this investment?
