maybe the market does see it but depending on what the investor is trying to achieve they do not want to lock their money up at this stage as they may be able to get better returns elsewhere - whether by buying and selling specs or other. when the times come to announce dividends watch the demand for the share increase and SP increase as well. Dividend paid - watch the exodus. investors want short term results and waiting for dividends does not fit in the game plan. why not buy before dividend announced?. I am a long term holder and will continue to be so - am happy to sit and wait and not take the risk at buying at higher levels later. - all IMO so DYOR.
