Huge disconnect here on the performance of NEW versus US Listed Solar Funds. Haven't done much digging but would be interested in others ideas?

Not sure what is the difference here vs. NEW.... would seem to be a similar portfolio
NEW paying 8.5% p.a. for corporate debt raised a bit of a red flag imho, not sure how that can be justified, our small business can go by a ute tomorrow for 3% p.a.
