I agree with you, a PE of 13 is not excessive given all of the other potential. Given that INL's stated share of the known earnings for the initial project is 6 cents per share that makes 78 cents. As a holder, I would be happy to see it steadily progress to that over the next few months.
Don't you just love it when you find an understated good old honest stock like this with good management going about there business without spruiking or making wild claims? Probably the only reason the SP is where it is currently.
