    Damn right on UGL,this company model of management and at the manangement at the coal face of driving this company is awesome,good industrial relations and has an inventory if in as a major player in the resources sector would,could and probaly should take Rio out and give BHP/Billiton a run for its money,

    Over the top definetly,but this manangement is awesome
