I am thinking that AVH reported an operating loss of -$43.6m is not such a bad thing in this phase of its growth. It is explained very well in the last financial reported back in August, I thought. If they don't increase their operating costs to grow the business then they will slowly get nowhere fast and miss the boat. Basically you need to spend money and hit the deck running, particular when your balance sheet is manageable with good amount of cash in the bank, to grow and in particular the US. Sometimes the health of the balance sheet allows you to increase operating costs for a good reason. Other companies are not so lucky. Anyway this is just my option and what I would do to grow a business with a good product and a need to get out there in the world of medicine.
