SHE has reported, at various times that it has an IR of 64mill pounds of uranium and at a good average grade, 320ppm+
extraction from the ore has returned very good percentages and at low cost, Very low cost
it has been trying to access historical drill cores from the 1980s. Today's report says they have the historical cores.
This will expedite the move from an IR to a JORC. All that is required is the chemical analysis of the cores, plus perhaps some infill drilling. The analysis should happen quickly - 3 months.
it has an IR of roughly 400mill pounds and 700 mill pounds of vanadium, with truly excellent grades (p. 2). If this is confirmed it is world class. This analysis will happen at the same time as the uranium analysis.
the present data, if confirmed by the core analysis, will make the Korean prospect a very profitable uranium mine and a very profitable vanadium mine.
Page 2 states the 'strip ratios are very low' - this indicates some preliminary planning for a mine.
Page 4 states by mid 2013 environmental baseline monitoring will be completed.
All that means is 'the ducks are being lined up'.
So, if the core analyses come back as expected some time before June 2012, and they should, and they are within the historical grades already reported, a mine is close. It would be bordering on bizarre if the core analyses contradicted earlier work
Today's report also mentions molybdenum and nickel; that could mean the resource is polymetallic.
Henning, the MD, who has a track record at Extract (EXT), is very cautious. To each his own, if he does half as well with SHE as he did at EXT, SHE holders should afford him legend status.
