    Friendly take over offer from TOE offering 5.5 Toe shares for every NEL share.

    Current TOE 0.72
    5.5 X Toe = 3.96, while NEL currently trading 2.60

    Have I missed something? Or is it a case of lemming hangover and people have forgotten to base the Nel on TOE?

    Any thoughts?
