Ah, the eternal question, dilution or debt. Plenty arguments, fore and against, for each. Heading into a perfect storm it’s probably safer to own your assets rather than someone else. As people are finding at the moment (Me Bank example) bail ins are already happening in the housing loan market. Would imagine corporate versions of bail ins are happening already. How the financial system deals with the demise of the North American shale oil industry may be a glimpse of what is to come.
Dilution makes me wince, but debt free gives me peace of mind.
