However, the main issue for me personally is "lets get the numbers improving" not going backwards. The market is treating every stock very harshly even on "unintended" consequential circumstances.Very important to run a tight ship from here in order to gain investor confidence.
Improving the numbers and running a tight ship is always at the forefront of any managers aspirations for obvious reasons and IMO there is absolutely no indication that thats not the case with RED, but this is mining and one has to be realistic..some quarters will exceed expectations and some wont meet them for any number of reasons...management are obviously well aware of the issues and are dealing with them as stated in the updates , which one would expect...breakdowns will happen as will variations in grades within the mines, Gold prices will fluctuate and now we have a pandemic. Problems begin when management bastardise a mine plan to produce a good quarter just to keep the masses happy, its a long game and best judged year on year to give a more realistic overview IMO
More often than not shareholders expectations exceed anyone's ability to deliver on them .
