Yes, good question. Where to from here? Half a billion of shares coming alive on Wednesday, if I am reading the release correctly. Just how many of these will hit the market? There are some tempting returns to be made if the SP holds.
For an 18 cent investment
* SP of 22 cents will return 22%
* SP of 21 cents will return 17%
* SP of 20 cents will return 11%
* SP of 19 cents will return 5 %
Trick is to work out how low the holders of these new shares are willing to go to get an immediate return. I’m hoping that they all hold.
