Yes but if you go back even further they forecasted that they would sign up many more than this... That's the issue.
They used announce news monthly. Why stop??
Surely with the price tanking they would try to spark some interest in the stock by announcing some positive signups.... The fact that they haven't is what concerns me. Which makes me feel they haven't got much to show....
