my fundamental problem with their solution is this
- they compare their solution to a cheap way to hire, cheaper than using a hum rec. agent
- therefore, their revenue is reliant upon recruitment decisions being made (if you know anything about the rec. industry, it is the first to feel pain in down turns - but on the flip side bounce first in the good times - where do you think we are right now? Good times or bad times?).
- this in turn means revenue is hard to forecast - it is not subscription based
- whilst they may have a solution that results in a cheaper hire, what happens when the 'new hire' does not work out? Human recruiters offer replacement guarantees, what does 1PG offer?
Perhaps i am wrong, they have $40m in the bank to prove i am, and i readily admit that with $40m in the bank, unless they are completely incompetent, they have a small chance.
