The 2m shares were market-based performance at share price achieving 50c, which its price fetched as high as $5.69, so she was well deserved to be awarded last year. And more importantly she raised $50m cash at $4.50 per share.

Why would she give away 2m shares? Just because our share price currently is trading under 50c??? or She is focusing on long term?!!






The presentation is probably prepared for the Wednesday's Annual General Meeting.
No need to "pump" from the company perspective, or just give more info to "suffered" shareholders, imo.
