    Its the 64 thousand dollar question really, because it should pop back to $1.10 easy if the insto sell-bot is finally finished.

    NTA is $1.70, PE is 2-3 and div yield was 33%, forecast to fall to 18%.

    Becton is being priced with the CNP's and behaves like a WDC or MGR.

    Short term upside, 20-30%
