Has many applications such as recovery of waste hydrocarbons from scrap rubber, plastics, tank bottoms. When TOX got into financial difficulties work with the technology stalled out. They did complete trials on scrap tires and succesfully recycled hydrocarbons from them. With oil at $60 this may (potentially) put a lot of "blue sky" into TOX as an energy recycler. With funds in the kitty, development and projects are a possibility.
