Thats not what Wesfarmers do.
They buy businesses cheap.
They improve them.
They sell if a) someone offers a good price b) they cant improve them further
Return Cash to shareholders.
Wesfarmers invented the Listed version of the Private Equity Caper, before people had heard of Private Equity.
